Climate Crisis: ALLATRA's Call to Action


 On May 11, 2024, the global  "ALLATRA CLIMATE CRISIS EVENT” took place at Lucerne Palace in Prague, Czech Republic, dedicated to the most pressing issue of our time - the climate crisis. This remarkable event was attended by experts from various fields, representatives of academia, media, civil society, as well as delegations of volunteers of the ALLATRA International Social Movement and CreativeSociety partner project from more than 35 countries of the world. 

The event touched upon several crucial topics. Including recognizing the urgency of the climate situation and the consequent urgency to address it.  The importance of preserving people's democratic rights and freedoms. ALLATRA Summit participants emphasized the vital role of democracy in ensuring a collective response to the climate crisis. The need for transparency, accountability and inclusive decision-making processes to effectively address this global challenge.

Egon Cholakian, a renowned intelligence and national security expert, shared his insights during his visit to the European Union and participated in the Allatra Global Meeting. In his remarks, he pledged to represent ALLATRA at the highest level in the United States and expressed his gratitude for the movement's activism.

Marina Ovtsynova, President of the International Social Movement ALLATRA from the USA, expressed her sincere gratitude to all volunteers for their unwavering dedication and commitment to building a secure future free from global climate threats.

Olga Schmidt, President of partner Creative Society International Project from the US, also delivered a powerful message at the event: "Our experience working with the United Nations and other international organizations shows that by working together we can create the conditions necessary to emerge from climate collapse and build a sustainable and prosperous future for all." 

Climate change experts John Ahn and independent climate change researcher Taliy Shkurupiy presented compelling research on the complexity and urgency of the climate crisis. 

ALLATRA International Public Movement and the Creative Society international project support the UN Sustainable Development Goals and recognize the importance of UN efforts to combat climate change. They aim to actively participate in the public dialogue on the factors of climate change and emphasize the importance of the impact of human activity on this process.

At the ALLATRA Summit, all participants expressed their sincere gratitude to all those who contributed to the organization and participation in this meaningful event.  And also all volunteers unanimously agreed that together we can preserve democracy, human rights and freedoms and overcome the looming climate crisis.

ALLATRA SUMMIT Earth's future depends on us

 I recently returned from Prague, Czech Republic, where I had the incredible opportunity to attend the ALLATRA CLIMATE CRISIS EVENT Climate Summit. It was a truly amazing experience that brought together scientists, experts and people from around the world to address the most pressing issue of our time - climate change.  The ALLATRA Summit emphasized the gravity of the crisis, but also evoked a sense of hope and urgency.
